El Comité Anfitrión y el Consejo Nacional de Guías Scouts y Adultos de Argentina invitan a todos los miembros de ISGF a la 3ra Conferencia Regional del Hemisferio Occidental, que se llevará a cabo en Córdoba, Argentina, del 27 al 31 de octubre de 2023.
Nombre del evento: 3ra Conferencia de la Región del Hemisferio Occidental de ISGF
Cuándo: del 27 al 31 de octubre de 2023
Dónde: Córdoba, Argentina
Lugar: Hotel Dr. César Carman, Avenida Amadeo Sabattini 459, X5000 BRH, Córdoba, Argentina. La asignación de plazas en este hotel se realizará según el orden de inscripción de los participantes; En caso de exceder los lugares del mismo, se asignará uno de los otros hoteles mencionados de similar categoría y más cercano al lugar de la conferencia. |

Forma de pagos:
Hay 2 formas en las que facilitaremos los pagos para evitar costes extra.
Una de ellas es transferencia por Western Union y la segunda opción es pago con tarjeta de crédito por MercadoPago. El pago del evento se realizará en 3 cuotas:
Si el primer pago es posterior al 30 de abril, deberá realizarse por el valor total de U$D 300.-
Cuota de participación:
- primera instalación de U$D 150.- pagadero hasta el 30 de abril
- segunda cuota U$D 150.- pagadero hasta el 31 de julio
- el saldo de U$D 350.- a pagar a la llegada al evento
El valor de la Conferencia de U$D 650.- incluye:
- 4 noches de alojamiento en habitaciones dobles y triples, costo por persona.
- Desayunos, almuerzos, meriendas y cenas – Coffee-breaks durante la conferencia. Incluye la cena del primer día 27 de octubre de 2023 al desayuno del último día 31 de octubre de 2023. Para otros servicios gastronómicos previos o posteriores a la conferencia, debe notificar su hora de llegada y salida para proporcionar menús adicionales.
- Traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto o terminal de buses.
- Excursión a las Sierras y almuerzo.
- Paseo por la ciudad.
- Souvenirs, libreta, bolígrafos, credencial del evento, bolsa para guardar material de trabajo de la conferencia, etc.

Paseos Posteriores: Se publicarán opciones de post tours a convenir por cada participante con la empresa de turismo.
La participación está abierta a:
Fraternidades Nacionales de Scouts y Guías y países de la Rama Central en el Hemisferio Occidental y miembros de ISGF en todo el mundo.

Fecha límite de inscripción: 31 de julio de 2023
Política de cancelación:
- Antes del 30 de junio se devolverá el 80% del valor pagado hasta la fecha, descontados los gastos de administración.
- Antes del 31 de agosto se devolverá el 50% descontados los gastos de gestión.
- Después del 31 de agosto, los valores no serán reembolsados.

The Hosting Committee and the National Council of Scouts and Adult Guides of Argentina invite all ISGF members to the 3rd Western Hemisphere Regional Conference, to be held in Córdoba, Argentina, from October 27 to 31, 2023.
Name of event: 3rd ISGF Western Hemisphere Region Conference
When: 27 – 31 October 2023
Where: Córdoba, Argentina
Venue: Hotel Dr. César Carman, Avenida Amadeo Sabattini 459, X5000 BRH, Córdoba, Argentina. The allocation of places in this hotel will be made according to the order of registration of the participants; In case of exceeding the places of the same one, one of the other mentioned hotels of similar category and closer to the place of the conference will be assigned. |

Way of payments:
There are 2 ways in which we will facilitate payments to avoid extra costs.
One of them is transfer by Western Union and the second option is payment by credit card by MercadoPago. Payment for the event will be made in 3 instalments:
If the first payment is after April 30th, it must be made for the total value of U$D 300.-
Participation fee:
- first instalment of U$D 150.- payable until April 30
- second instalment U$D 150.- payable until July 31
- the balance of U$D 350.- to be paid upon arrival at the event
The Conference fee of U$D 650.- includes:
- 4 nights of accommodation in double and triple rooms, cost per person.
- Breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners – coffee-breaks during the conference. It includes the dinner on the first day 27 Oct 2023 to breakfast on the last day 31 Oct 2023. For other pre- or post-conference gastronomic services, you must notify your arrival and departure time to provide extra menus.
- Transfers from and to the airport or bus terminal.
- Excursion to the Sierras and lunch.
- City Tour.
- Souvenirs, notebook, pens, badge of the event, bag to store work material from the conference, etc.

Post tours: Post tour options will be published to be agreed by each participant with the tourism company.
Participation is open to:
National Scout and Guide Fellowships and Central Branch countries in the Western Hemisphere and ISGF members worldwide.

Cancellation policy:
- Before June 30th, 80% of the value paid to date will be refunded, deducting the administration costs.
- Before August 31st, 50% will be refunded, deducting administration costs.
